Responsive Repairs & Maintenance

Mossvale have been working with Optima Housing Association for a number of years in the provision of Responsive Repairs & Maintenance. 

The scope of works is as follows but not limited to:

  • Inspection, location and clearance of blockages to drains, sewers and manholes
  • Gulley and pipework repairs
  • Completion of CCTV surveys and root cutting
  • Installation of drains and soak ways
  • Completion of rodding, jetting and washing down
  • Renewal of underground pipes, concrete bedding and haunching
  • Backfilling and reinstating slabbed and tarmac surfaces
  • Removal of internal sanitary fittings. where necessary, to allow clearance to proceed
  • Soil & Vent blockages / repair / replacement
  • Reporting of all Severn Trent ownership blockages

This is mainly a Reactive Contract with Optima Community Association therefore the response times are as follows:

  • Emergency callouts - Within 2 hours and complete the callout within 24 hours
  • Urgent callouts - We will attend to the callout and make safe within 24 hours and complete the repair within 5 days
  • Routine callouts - We will attend within 24 hours and complete the callout within 5 days.
